How do I keep track of tutoring payments?

Record a payment once and AI Roster spreads it across lessons at each student's rate, so the dashboard always shows who's prepaid and who may owe. Cash and other offline payments can be recorded too — and because a family might have paid a way the app can't see, it says "may owe" rather than wrongly accusing anyone.

Can it handle prepaid lesson blocks?

Yes. When a family pays for a block — say $450 at $45 a lesson — AI Roster counts it down lesson by lesson, so you can see exactly how many lessons are left on the block at any time.

Can I keep parent or guardian contacts on a student?
